Telephone Dialer

• Manually place outbound telephone calls to consumers who owe debts to our clients.
• Verifiy that we have reached the correct consumer.
• Once verified transfer the consumer to one of our professional collectors.
• Candidates should possess good telephone skills as well as basic computer skills.

Account Representative

• Negotiates settlement of accounts through obtaining a payment in full, partial settlement, or providing alternate payment plans. Determines the likelihood of payment and the most appropriate course of action.
• Incentive compensation is based on individual performance (commissions are based on monthly collections).
• Experienced candidates are expected to learn ICS's collection techniques and computer system (FACS), as well as to inject new ideas into the organization.
• Inexperienced candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills and a motivation to succeed. A high school diploma and at least one year of prior work experience is generally required.
