About ICS Collection Services, Inc.

ICS Collection Service, Inc. was founded in 1940 by Mr. Paul Cronin to serve the needs of Chicago-area hospitals and physicians. While the tools of our trade may have changed since ICS opened, not much else has. Today, John P. Cronin, and a team of more than 100 dedicated employees, thrives on the same principles, ethics, and "client first" mind-set on which his father established ICS more than 70 years ago.

ICS provides debt collection services to Illinois Hospitals and large physician groups throughout the Midwest. In addition to being active bonded members of both the American Collectors Association and the Illinois Collectors Association, we carry active memberships in various trade associations, including the ACA International, HFMA 1st Illinois Chapter, MGMA Illinois Chapter, and the Illinois Collectors Association.
